Breast Pump Quick Guide

Welcome to the Mom Life Co. Quick Guide to Breast Pumps!

This post has been on my to-do list for quite a while, but it’s finally here and I can’t wait to share. Breastfeeding is certainly a full-time job, am I right? What I learned from nursing Arya and from back-to-work pumping is that having the right tools makes hard work just a little less painful. And what I learned from pumping right from birth during Avery’s NICU stay is that actually liking the pump you’re using makes a world of difference.

So that’s my goal with this guide! I designed it to quickly help narrow down many of the most popular options on the market, and to compare what I think are the best of the best. I truly hope it helps your decision making process, and above all, I hope it makes actually breastfeeding just a little less overwhelming.

Questions? Always feel free to send me a DM on Instagram or an email! I’m happy to chat all things boob milk and would love to hear your own personal feedback on some of my picks below. When it comes to getting the best deal if you’re buying out of pocket, I always recommend a quick check on Amazon as well as Target (they’ll price match in-store). If you’re ordering your pump through insurance, my favorite medical supply company is here. Happy pumping (as happy as it could possibly be lol)!

PS - I also created a download here, just in case you’d like to save this guide for easy reference!
