Nursing Necessities: Bravado Nursing Bras
I literally never thought I'd ever type this sentence, but my boobs and I are SO excited to have finally found "the one" - I am obsessed with Bravado nursing bras! After striking out with nursing bras from almost every store that sells them, I had basically given up and have been wearing an unlined, overstretched nursing sports bra for months! Not the exact same one everyday, but pretty close to it (which is just depressing, no?). The worst thing about nursing bras, besides being uncomfortable, is that most of the unwired ones give you uni-boob. Yes, we want easy access, but no we don't want one large giant breast! Nursing moms already feel like a walking nipple to begin with! lol For the first time in the 6 months that I've been breastfeeding, I've found a bra that I haven't outright hated, or found a major problem with. In fact, I LOVE IT and have more than once pulled my top down to show it off to other mommies recently. So that's sorta what I'm doing today -- but you know me, when I find something I love I just have to share it! Basically, Bravado's Body Silk Seamless Nursing Bra gets my vote across the board in style, comfort, price, and functionality. The moisture wick, four-layered, removable pads keep me comfortable while they soak up the overflow, and they make sure it stays there. The fabric molds to your body without giving you any weird back rolls and it fits just like a regular bra -- tons of support but without the wire! The 4-way stretch fabric hugs your changing shape, and get this --it includes a bra conversion kit so you can convert your nursing bra to a ‘regular bra' once your nursing journey is complete. Yes, really!! Mic drop.
Also, news flash -- they make a nursing tank that's seamless too! The Body Silk Seamless nursing cami provides everything I love about the Body Silk Seamless nursing bra, but in a smoothing nursing cami (that fits just like the bra because there's a Body Silk Seamless nursing bra knitted right in!). I wish I would have found Bravado sooner, because both the cami and bra can be worn for pregnancy or for nursing. You'll find me wearing it in a couple of future posts, simply because I've been living in it lately. ***File this under things I must remember when I get just enough amnesia to start planning for baby #2!Bonus: there's a nursing sports bra! The Body Silk Seamless Yoga nursing bra is the perfect choice for low impact activity – barre, yoga, Pilates, walking, keeping up with baby or simply to wear as an everyday bra. I love that the straps are fully adjustable as well, so I can wear like a standard two strap or cross them in the back to wear with my racerback tanks.

At this point I'm gushing (and a walking Bravado billboard!) but it's because I know there's nothing more essential to a mom than finding products that just do what they say they are going to do. Enjoy! :)
